CLIENT: THE HYPE LEAKS
PROJECT: NEON ANIMATED LOGO
The Client wanted an animated logo to HYPE their upcoming site. They are avid informants on anything related to Sneaker Head Culture. Personally, I like how neat and organized they are when it comes to the newest drops. I had a good time working on this one as I am also into streetwear and sneakers.
Recreated the logo in Illustrator. Animated in After Effects. No fancy plugins just native AE tools.
CLIENT: KID FROM THE HILL
PROJECT: TWITCH LOGO
I was hired by the video game streamer Kid From The Hill, to design a new logo for their TWITCH and Youtube streaming channels. Their inspirations were old-school anime like Kamen Rider and AKIRA and wanted a logotype that had a similar bold energy.

The shift to a neon cyberpunk look came about in an attempt to give it a more "retro, dystopian" feel - similar to Bladerunner or Akira.
I also felt that this suited his channel's personality better than a solid text design.
This project forced me to experiment with neon glow effects. I've been hooked since.
KID FROM THE HILL
CLIENT: READY AND WILLING COLLECTION
PROJECT: "NO LUCK" ST. PATS TEE DESIGN
DeVaughn (brand owner) wanted to make a shirt that emphasized that "when you are ready you don't need luck". This mantra aligns perfectly with their brand - Ready And Willing Collection - which is all about always being ready to advance yourself at any given moment.

PROJECT: EAT CHOCOPIE TOGETHER
EatChocopieTogether.com launched on 08.15.2020 as part of a collaborative project between Mina Cheon, The Asia Society, and The Korean American Community Foundation.
Their goal was to raise $5000 to help those who had been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic as well as raise awareness against anti-Asian racism.
I was excited to get the chance to offer my animation and graphic design skills to help spread this message as my work focuses on building positive relationships between Black-American and Asian-American communities.
I utilized the Brilliant Chocopie designs by Mina Cheon and incorporated the 5 primary colors (Obangsaek
"오방색") found in traditional Hanbok to bring a pop of color and celebrate Korean culture.
PROJECT: LEARNING IS A SCIENCE CURRICULUM

an online course geared towards children and adults with cognitive learning disabilities.
